RADBOUD EVENTS

Be sure to read the following info carefully.

In order to take part in the introduction week, you are required to have the Radboud Events app installed before and during the week. Somewhere around July 4th you will receive an email from the Radboud University with instructions on how you can install and use this app. It is very important that you install and check out this app, as it is used by the University and by your mentors to get in contact with you. Your mentors will reach out to you via chat in the app to give you the first information on where to be on the first day, and how you can meet your fellow students.

The entire program and time schedule can also be found in the app. It's a very useful tool throughout the week to find out when and where you need to be. One thing that in particular you will probably also use the app for is the wallet. You can up the balance of the app before the introduction week. You will need this balance to pay for drinks and food during the Radboud Intro Festival on the last day of the introduction week. Any money on your account left over after the week will be refunded to you automatically, so no worries about upping the balance too much.

Other than that, the app is full of information when it comes to studying in Nijmegen. You can find information on things to do after the introduction week, several contact points for practical stuff around your study program, a lot of useful advice for international students, and everything you need to know about study and student organisations.

If you have any questions about the app. Don't hesitate to contact us.
